Partner Acro – Beginner / Explorer:
Time: 2.30pm – 5pm
Description:
This class is for beginners and those who have done a small amount of partner acrobatics. Working on L basing including correct alignment, leading into standing balances and group pyramids further progressions may be offered depending on level of participants. There are no prerequisites
Sunday 7th April
Partner Acro + Hand to Hand – Skilled / Intermediate:
Time. 10am – 12.30pm
Description:
Technical L basing including standing in hands and hand to hand including correct alignment and handstand position, 2 man high and variations on how to enter and exit. Standing hand to hand variations. Further progressions may be offered depending on level of participants.
Prerequisites: Solid (or working towards) a two man high and good (or working on) handstand for the flyer on the floor, 2 – 5 seconds minimum.
– Dance acrobatics:
Time: 1.30pm – 3.45pm
This class will be a mixture of contact technique, dance and partner acrobatics and will mix the genres of dance and acrobatics smoothly. Participants will learn some movement and use the movement to disguise entrances and exits of more acrobatic tricks. There are no prerequisites, just an open mind and lots of energy!

Joli Vyann, founded 2012, is an innovative fusion of contemporary dance & circus theatre, committed to creating exciting, accessible work of outstanding quality. Audiences lie at the heart of their work and they reach out to people of diverse cultures, ages & abilities with a commitment to community participation.
Joli Vyann have made 4 outdoor & 2 indoor shows which have toured extensively. Their 1st outdoor show, Don’t Drink & Dance 2012 won the GI20 commission with Watch This Space and Stockton International Festival, where they won the audience prize. H2H was their second internationally touring outdoor show and they created Crazy in Love 2014, which was commissioned by The National Theatre, Lance Moi En L’Air was created in 2015 and has been touring hugely world wide since and continues to tour.
Their indoor theatre shows, Stateless and Imbalance have also toured internationally and whilst they create a new indoor show, ‘Anima’, Imbalance will continue to tour to China this year. Joli Vyann are produced by Turtle Key Arts and are supported by the Point, Eastleigh, Pavilion Dance SouthWest and Deda, Derby amongst others.
