Come and train at high levels with amazing acrobats and acroyogis from around the world in a fun and safe environment. Jason and Pascal have a very similar passion for acrobatics. Advanced acrobatics can be achieved by doing the basics impeccably, then sequenced intelligently. More importantly than the skills you will do in the course you will get a training program and in-depth principles that will help you unlock skills for years and change the way you trained so far.
Each day will have specialized training for handstands, L base and standing calibrations before training in standing acro. At the end of each day we will dedicate to body recovery and prehabb, to keep us healthy and ready for the next day. There will be an emphasis on progressions, safety and spotting. Spotting belts, great mats, bars and many tools are there to unlock your practice. Everyday, a part of the training time will be spent working with a coach on your individualized training program.
Get ready for presses, one arm handstands, toe pitching, inlocating, basket tossing and more… Whatever your level is when you arrive it will get upgraded for sure!
REQUIREMENTS:
You should have 2 years Acrobatics experience and have done a 5 day Solar immersion or equivalent. Coming with a partner is ideal but we will find a fit that will work for you if you don’t have a partner. Please be sure you can do the solar immersion pre-reqs. If you can not do the pre-reqs for the Solar Immersion you will be asked to leave and given 50% of your investment back.
Solar immersion pre-reqs
Acrobatic pre-reqs:
– Hanstand against the wall 45sec
– L – Basing F2H minimum 15sec
– L – Basing H2H minimum 10sec
– Standing F2H 10 sec (No walking base)
– Some Standing H2H experience (base – Flyer – Spotter)

The deposit payment is not refundable. Cancellations 15 or more days prior to start of the event will be issued a refund minus an administrative fee of 50€.
