We are coming back to share our latest flows with you all! we have been working on some new and challenging material to share with all of you in Singapore.
It is important to put time into refinement that’s how we flow so seamlessly together. Come expecting to work and repeat. Drills lead to solid skills. this time we have a extra add on! we plan to share our process of flow creation with you all. For us acro is about being connected and creating something together, and this is done best when you are in the creative process with your partners.
Our sequences follow the road less travelled so be prepared to mix up your practice by having to transition between a wide range of Acro Styles and techniques. You are definitely going to work hard and have fun!
