Yoga, Acroyoga and SUP yoga

Enjoy a weekend of Acroyoga, SUP yoga and Yoga in the beautiful Blekinge archipelago! You are welcome to spend three days of prencence, calmness, energy and companionship in Järnavik. We stay at Hostel Järnavik, with its locally produced healthy food and beautiful surroundings, in the midst of Blekinges stunning nature where the ocean meets the forest and hills.

This is an alcohol- and drugfree event.

Details
We offer 3 parallell classes on different levels on each of the 7 scheduled trainings. You choose your prefered activity, 10 spots/class available in order of sign up (first come first served).

Participants in all levels of experience are welcome. This event is suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike. Come alone or with your friend or partner. In acroyoga we pracise in small grpups bur if you come alne you will be teamed up on spot.

Classes in english are available.

Yoga is a form of mindful, stretching excercise suitable for all ages and bodytypes.
Acroyoga is a combination of yoga, partner acrobatics and thai massage. By careful instructions and supervision by our experienced teachers the practice is adjusted to each partcipants level of ability and comfort.
SUP yoga is yoga practiced on a stand up paddelboard, on water.
